I KNOW yo...10 lbs in 11 weeks is more than do-able. I KNOW you can do it!! Especially with the extra cardio you'll be getting in with the warmer weather FINALLY here. Setting a goal is a great thing to do. Just put it out there....then it's always in the back of your mind. It's a timeline, and you'll find you push yourself harder when that clock is ticking down. Trust me, the Mexico clock is ticking louder and louder everyday in my ear, and it really makes me stick to my guns. I think setting a goal is a great idea, 10lbs is reasonable and if you lose more well then all that much better. I have tried the ww muffins but for 3 points I didn't find it worth it, better to make your own for that amount of points.
