Funny, that is what I try to do. You know, it just makes sense....When you eat a big lunch.. you have all afternoon and night to burn that fuel for your body (approx 10 hours). When you eat a big supper.. you only have approx 5 hours to burn the fuel! Makes sense to me! Years and Years ago, most people had a big big dinner...(potatoes and meat) and had soup and sandwiches for supper!
