To push myself to meet it, I'm not saying I can't have any sweets or snacks but that I must meet the majority of the requirements before I indulge. Also, I have to drink my water before getting my daily diet pepsi.

Leigh anneAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4825171977250439280.post-27374578627404824532008-04-24T11:26:00.000-05:002008-04-24T11:26:00.000-05:00I am so in for the challenge!I'd like to finish th...I am so in for the challenge!
I'd like to finish the challenge weighing in at 140. I guess I'll have to end my boycott with the scale - but I'm only checking it once a week to report back! I think I'm about 149 right now, so we'll just say my goal is to lose 8 pounds - 1 pound a week!!

Ok, I totally know what you mean about working out!! I don't have a gym membership, so I jog on our treadmill and do tae bo videos. I LOVE tae bo. I'm so excited about the new T3 series. I'm pretty sure it got delivered to my house today, and I can't wait to get started on it. :)Jennhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16199233813409402990noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4825171977250439280.post-51271435794400246712008-04-24T10:53:00.000-05:002008-04-24T10:53:00.000-05:00I don't have a gym membership so it's Tae bo at ho...I don't have a gym membership so it's Tae bo at home and running when i can! I've had several trainers tell me it's the best thing to use for a warm-up. It's addictive, I guess that's good advice for somebody who doesn't like it now, you will eventually.

Summer challenge...I know my biggest challenge is the eating. I think I personally need to put in a bit of structure to make sure I'm eating properly. Like a minimum of so many vegetables and stuff. I workout enough and have no problem getting it in. I dunno how you'd be able to do eating well in a challenge though, it's so personal.Randihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16447302746208359404noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4825171977250439280.post-71226141603981181022008-04-24T10:05:00.000-05:002008-04-24T10:05:00.000-05:00I agree, I have become a gym-lovin gal as well!!! ...I agree, I have become a gym-lovin gal as well!!!
