No big plans this weekend. I think Scott and I are just taking it easy and having an 'us' weekend which we haven't had in a long time! So no big plans for my flex points this weekend. Hope everyone else did great on their weigh in! Have a good weekend everyone! Keep me posted!

1.5 cups of all Bran - 3
1/4 c of skim milk - 0.5
1 granny smith apple - 1
Lunch:
Rigatoni Pomodoro (Frozen Dinner) - 4
Chocolate Cherry Fondue Yogurt - 1
100 cal pack Smart Pop popcorn - 1
Total: 10.5
Supper:
Undecided....although hubby has suggested homemade pizza...and it is Friday.....and I did save all my flex points....mmmmm pizza!
Sometimes we forget that maintenance can actually be a GOOD thing. It's hard work to maintain, you know! I think you did great!:-)

I dont think maintaining is too bad it is better than gaining of course:) Hopefully by next week you will be on your losing role!!
