Weigh In

Well my weigh in went good today. I stayed the same. No loss...but more importantly no gain! After last weekend's splurge I was relieved to see the same number as last week. For some reason though there was a little nagging feeling in the back of my head that said"oh crap! loss" Even though I splurged I still kind of felt like I had lost just judging by my clothes and the way I felt. Well hopefully that just means that I'll knock it out of the park next week :)
No big plans this weekend. I think Scott and I are just taking it easy and having an 'us' weekend which we haven't had in a long time! So no big plans for my flex points this weekend. Hope everyone else did great on their weigh in! Have a good weekend everyone! Keep me posted!
1.5 cups of all Bran - 3
1/4 c of skim milk - 0.5
1 granny smith apple - 1
Rigatoni Pomodoro (Frozen Dinner) - 4
Chocolate Cherry Fondue Yogurt - 1
100 cal pack Smart Pop popcorn - 1
Total: 10.5
Undecided....although hubby has suggested homemade pizza...and it is Friday.....and I did save all my flex points....mmmmm pizza!


  1. Sometimes we forget that maintenance can actually be a GOOD thing. It's hard work to maintain, you know! I think you did great!:-)
