Down 1.4 lbs!!!!
Yay me! This is just what I needed this morning. A good weigh in can make your whole day...even week! So I was really glad because this will motivate me to do great over the weekend and into my Birthday! As an added kick I am finally over 60 lbs weight loss...I have been close for so long!! I also had a great workout last night. I did 40 mins of 5 min walking/5 min running intervals and it felt great! I hope everyone has a great weekend!
Today's Menu....
Breakfast:
1 1/4 cups of Multigrain Cheerios - 3
1/4 cup of skim milk - 0.5
Lunch:
Out for lunch at the Bigstop Irving (out of town for work so I am forced to eat out) BUT I know I am either going to have a wrap or a salad, or something else healthy :)
Supper:
Our ritual Friday night homemade pizza - 20 pts (I know...it's a lot but worth every single bite)
Total: So I am going to estimate my points today at about 30-32 but I will know more once lunch is out of the way. I'm saving myself for cake tomorrow!!!

ReplyDeleteSaw your 1 pt hot dog bun question at weightwatchers,eh. Found a company that makes 1 pt buns called Village Hearth. Hamburger buns are light italian and hot dog buns are whole wheat.
ReplyDeleteYou were saying yesterday about eating more at lunch.. and less at supper. Funny, that is what I try to do. You know, it just makes sense....When you eat a big lunch.. you have all afternoon and night to burn that fuel for your body (approx 10 hours). When you eat a big supper.. you only have approx 5 hours to burn the fuel! Makes sense to me! Years and Years ago, most people had a big big dinner...(potatoes and meat) and had soup and sandwiches for supper! I would give it a try.. and see how it works for you..
